Sarah Shahi

Sarah Shahi is an American actress, best known for her role on the tv show 'Life'. Born to an Iranian father and a Spanish mother, Shahi's multi-cultural background helped to expand her horizons beyond her religion and the region. As a child, Shahi dreamt of becoming an actor. In the age of just eight She began modelling and rapidly moved into acting. Sarah was a regular performer in theater in college and at school. Sarah began her career in television and film with a modest start. Sarah acted in a range of roles including guest appearances on television shows and in movies. She then landed one of the leading roles in an American television sitcom. Shahi is famous for much more than just her acting. She is one of the most popular actors in the industry. Shahi was named number 90 on the Maxim magazine 'Hot 100 of 2005', and then increasing her position to 66 by 2006, and 36 in 2012. Maxim Magazine's October 2012 issue featured her on the front page. In 2007, she was placed 5th on AfterEllen.com's top list of hot girls.
