Megan is an only girl born within Los Angeles, California. Megan was born in Los Angeles in California. She has a father named Carter Mullally Jr. was an actor working for Paramount. Megan first enrolled at Northwestern University to study English literature. Later, she switched to acting. Megan continued to take part in a variety of musicals at Northwestern University. These was noticed by producers but she was unable to continue her studies. Her move to Los Angeles in 1985 but had little success.
